I am offering movement group sessions for community well-being, providing a safe and creative space for you to explore and express what motivates you to dance and move (Authentic Movement).​ 
​In our bodies, after all, live all our stories, all our feelings, all our experiences of a lifetime. Sometimes, it is not enough to speak about problems. Listening to our bodies and letting them move can help us come closer to our feelings, bringing them ‘into the light’. And so often, by listening to our bodies, we can find the healing we need, by experiencing all parts of ourselves as a whole, by rediscovering the ‘knowing in our bones’.


I aim to help you find safety within your own body and become friends with your inner, authentic movements. By participating in these sessions, you can unlock your potential, improve your self-awareness, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. 
I will support you to feel comfortable. I will listen to you, observe your movements, and have no expectations. We will be able to work together at your pace. You are welcome to talk, draw or move. My practice is flexible, aiming to meet your and the group’s needs and ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience for everyone.
